Weight Loss Coaching

My weight loss coaching program will begin with helping you define your true priorities and how much time you are spending on things which matter most to you.  The angst we feel is normally the gap between what we want to be doing and what we are actually doing.  As we work together, you will be able to redirect your time to those things which truly energize and feed your soul.  Saying “NO Thanks” to those things which drain your precious energy.   

This is the same foundation and format offered in my Life Coaching program.  To be able to lose weight – you need to start with a solid understanding of what is truly important to you.   Once you have this understanding of yourself, you can begin to make incremental changes to your life that will help you lose the extra weight you are carrying.  

My coaching program is not specific to a diet or special meal plan.  There are no forbidden foods or off limit foods.  You decide what foods work best for your body.  You decide what foods will fuel your body vs. what foods will weigh you down.  My clients are typically those who have tried every diet plan available – and are still struggling with being over weight – because they use food to numb out and avoid life.

My programs will help you engage in a life you LOVE… eliminating the need to numb out.  When you eliminate the root causes for overeating you will get different results in your life and your body.  I offer Individual coaching for Weight Loss as well as Group coaching.  

All Weight Loss Coaching comes with a 12 week workbook – offering new challenges and opportunities each week.  This Weight Loss Coaching workbook is provided with all PAID Weight Loss programs.


Individual Mini Session

 Mini sessions are free and last 15 minutes. A mini session provides a time to us to connect – and decide if we are a mutually good fit.

Individual Paid Sessions

All paid sessions are planned for 60 minutes and are based on number of calls (1 call per week).  During our calls we will step through the workbook exercises or if needed we can focus on something pressing you want to work through, at the time.  

During the sessions we will work to define your true, authentic, priorities and how to refuel your tired body and soul – by incorporating energizing activities and things you LOVE – into your life.

You will email me daily (Mon-Fri) on how well you are showing up in your authentic light…this daily connection 5x a week will help you be accountable to yourself, as you form new habits that truly serve you.
