My weight loss coaching program will begin with helping you define your true priorities and how much time you are spending on things which matter most to you. The angst we feel is normally the gap between what we want to be doing and what we are actually doing. As we work together, you will be able to redirect your time to those things which truly energize and feed your soul. Saying “NO Thanks” to those things which drain your precious energy.
This is the same foundation and format offered in my Life Coaching program. To be able to lose weight – you need to start with a solid understanding of what is truly important to you. Once you have this understanding of yourself, you can begin to make incremental changes to your life that will help you lose the extra weight you are carrying.
My coaching program is not specific to a diet or special meal plan. You decide what foods work best for your body. I have some suggestions and jewels of information for you, but ultimately YOU decide what foods fuel your body vs. what foods weigh you down. My clients are typically those who have tried every diet plan available – and are still struggling with being over weight – because they use food to numb out and avoid life.
My programs will help you engage in a life you LOVE… eliminating the need to numb out. When you eliminate the root causes for overeating you will get different results in your life and your body. I offer Individual coaching for Weight Loss as well as Group coaching.
My Individual Weight Loss programs (weeks 4, 8 and 12) come with a 12 week Workbook Kit – offering new challenges and learning new skills each week. There are two 12 week programs: Beginning Course Weeks 1-12. Advanced Course Weeks 13-24, for anyone who has already completed the Beginning Course weeks 1-12 with me. Also included with each Workbook Kit is a list of corresponding Podcasts to guide you through each week.
The one time consultation does not include The Workbook Kit – however you can purchase the Kit in addition to your one time consultation.
Mini sessions are free and last 15 minutes. A mini session provides a time to us to connect – and decide if we are a mutually good fit.

All paid sessions are planned for 60 minutes and are based on number of calls (1 call per week). During our calls we will step through the workbook exercises or we can focus on something pressing you want to work through, at the time.
During the sessions we will work to define your true, authentic, priorities and how to refuel your tired body and soul – by incorporating energizing activities and things you LOVE – into your life.
Individual Weight Loss Coaching packages are available for purchase in increments of 1, 4, 8, 12 (calls) weeks.
